Positives: Very comfortable and a lovely facility. The breakfast was yummy and bed was great.

Negatives: I used the link for directions through booking.com to get to the Hampton Inn hotel in Carol Stream IL. It took us way wrong as the address was not correct. After 45 minutes and two calls to the hotel, and getting the correct address we made it to the hotel just in time to then go to a family visitation in Wheaton Illinois.
