Checked in/out was fast. Location was great and safe, walkable to the places that we want to visit. It was a pleasant stay!
Negatives:
the room needs some thorough cleaning, carpet needs to be changed or wash, no vanity kit, no bathrobe or slippers. Room was warm and when we tried to adjust it to cooler temp. It Will not go to desired setting.

A few things I liked was the security factors. Your key only allowed access to the floor your room was on and the amenities floor. I did like the bar and the interior of the building. I also enjoyed my room I booked a standard King room.
Negatives:
I worked as a guest service or a front desk manager for 6 years. So I know the in and outs of that role and hotels staff and how it all works. The front desk staff that greeted me was horrible. The greeting itself was not pleasant. When checking in I was not told how to use the keys, how to access elevators, I was not given any information on pool hours, gym hours, what floor these things were on, breakfast and bar times, near by dining or shopping. I was not told how to use phones in room (which did not work btw) and not given any information about the hotel. The door to the room was very hard to get into. I ended up having to go back down to get key and found out you have to pull the door, scan key and then open. The front desk staff ladies during breakfast was nice. Valet was also helpful. I ended up leaving my iPad and called and the front desk agent was helpful.
