We took a red-eye, and the staff pushed to accommodate an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated given how tired we were.

The location is good. Next to Metra is a plus. Breakfast was really good for a hotel breakfast. One of the hotel managers let me get my car into the parking garage early before I got my room key.
Negatives:
Our room was late checking in, and it seemed the communication between the front desk staff and house keeping was not great. We also, had to beowngraded from a king to a dual queen to get in at 3:40.
On our check out day, housekeeping came early (9 o clock or so) because they thought our room was booked for a third night.
Lastly, the pool was closed unless you reserved it in advance, which is fine, but we reserved it for our last night, but the staff did not intercommunicate to the next day and gave it out to someone else for our time. They offered to leave it open from 10 pm to 11 pm for us, but that would have been too late for us.
Overall, the people were great (can't say Abad thing about them), but the communication process between them all was basically zero.
