Warning: BED BUGS! Staff very unfriendly, verging on rude. Accidentally left medication in mini fridge, receptionist behaved as though she was doing me a big favour retrieving it. Didn’t show up and was made to feel guilty for having the gall to ask if she could check whether it was still there.
