Nice place to stay, but the elevator was down and waiting on parts. In checking, there was time to ndiscount. Ahead of time, but instead I was told I could cancel with no penalty fee, or stay with no discount. Disappointing.

We stayed in Goshen after a trip to Shipshewana. It was a clean environment and great breakfast. Everyone was very kind.
Negatives:
I'm not sure why hotels do this but when you have 4 people staying in a room, why can't we ever have 4 towels and wash clothes. We always have to go ask for 1 more if everything.
Also, there was thumping above us at 11:00 at night. I called the front desk and they took care of it which I was thankful for.

Rooms and bath was clean.
Negatives:
Pool was ice cold, I picked this hotel for the pool so our grandkids and myself could swim. I couldn't even get down the 2nd step because it was so cold. Was told it was 80 degrees but I have a pool and that water was no where near 80. I spent $421 for 1 night and 2 rooms so I was very disappointed.
