Positives: Check in was easy. Daily breakfast. Good cable and wifi

Negatives: Everything was old showed a lot of wear , dirty or in poor condition. There were bullet holes in the wall and ceiling. The furniture looked like a crime scene. The halls smelled like smoke and odd smells. The sink had molded towels and gnats & roaches.

Negatives: ROACHES IN ROOM, STAFF DOESNT CARE TO REFUND JUST MOVE YOU ROOMS. HOTEL SMELT LIKE WEED AND CIGARETTES AS SOON AS YOU WALK THROUGH THE LOBBY DOOR. WALKING TO THE ROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR ALL YOU COULD HEAR WAS LOUD MUSIC AND PEOPLE TALKING

Positives: Location. Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Especially the woman at the front desk.

Negatives: Dirty. You could tell the gentleman cleaning the rooms (either owner or mng.) Was not cleaning rather hiding things. Over all not a bad hotel. Just really need basic updates and a deep cleaning.
