Between Sunday, Dec 1st, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Indianapolis), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Indianapolis), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Positives: I booked and prepaid my reservation for a king suite with living room for 3 ppl. Upon checkin I was told our room was given to another party and the only room available was a standard queen bed with no living room, no suite!

Negatives: We were forced to take the room they had left or not get a room. I was told we would receive a refund but the manager was not there and if I called him he would issue the refund. I called 5 times and no answer and no return call. I never received a refund

Positives: Staff was great; helpful and friendly. Facility was very nice. I liked having the kitchen and being able to bring my dog there. Inside, the hotel was kept very clean. Also, the location was great, with many amenities nearby.

Negatives: Partly due to the location but also partly to inconsiderate and sloppy guests there was a lot of litter left in the parking area and in the front of the hotel. There was supposed to be no smoking in the hotel but many guests were smoking in the rooms.

Negatives: After paying for room plus 100. Refundable depositthey wanted $75.00 pmt for my dog. No mention of extra fee at time I booked. That would of put price at 200. For night. Place was worn, mirror in bathroom wood frame was worn. Chair at desk was a surprise. Should of seen trash before seeing us. Shower head was dirty and water barely came out. Very disappointed, since we often stay at this company all over the country.
