Positives:
Nice place and clean. Staff excellent under pressure of computer issues.
Negatives:
No room keys for more than 24 hrs. World wide issue for Hilton. They don't feel they should discount my rate for that loss of convenience to be able to enter the hotel or my room without going to the front desk. Not my fault either. Their motto is if something isn't right and we don't make it right the night is free. They wouldn't even discount one day. I paid a premium price per night. Own up to it Hilton, your lack of a backup is your fault! The inconvenience is big when your seniors and partially handicapped. Not the staffs fault. They held up great under the pressure! I'm a Hilton Honors customer but booked thru Bookings.com. Won't do that again because Hilton looks at you as if your problem with them becomes Bookings.com problem. Don't know what to think about the attitude that no access to room keys isn't their responsibility?
