It was in a good location and appeared to be clean.
The kids loved the pool.
Negatives:
I reserved two rooms with two queen beds and was put in two rooms with a king size bed and a pullout couch.
The pullout was absolutely 100% horrible! The most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever experienced!

The bedding in Room 222 was dirty. Hair, blood, a couple unidentifiable objects on bed (not bugs). I mentioned it to front desk. She said well you know how laundry is. I didn't understand that comment.
We just brushed stuff off bed and lived with it.

Did not live up to the Hampton/Hilton standard. Many signs of extreme wear, and fatigue. The exterior of the building and landscaping were in poor repair. Breakfast was way below the normal Hampton standard.
