Between Monday, Dec 2nd, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Indianapolis), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Indianapolis), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: We liked that it looked clean. We also really enjoyed the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. It was Dove, so it didn’t feel like cheap hotel stuff. The bathroom was very clean. The bed was very hard but comfortable (I just tend to prefer a softer mattress). The staff were nice and the breakfast looked ok, we went down the road to a local diner and it was exceptional.

Negatives: The bed had a hair on the sheet under the pillow so it gave us the impression that it wasn’t freshly clean or laundered. The room also had a funky smell when we went in, but we didn’t notice it after a while. Also, the shower head leaked which made the poor water pressure even worse.
