Bed was comfortable, breakfast was great. Some of the workers was awesome
Negatives:
Room wasn't cleaned regularly even staying after a few days .. bed wasn't changed. 2 ppl in the room and was given one towel. Some young dude behind the desk tried to tell me I couldn't bring my breakfast to my room doors was hard to open or shut and the smell in the rooms are ridiculous

Positives:
Room was fairly modern BUT halls, office, exterior and food area was not well kept and not clean. Smelled musty.
Negatives:
- breakfast was bare minimum (waffle, toast, two kinds of cereal)
- breakfast area was not clean
- watched an employee wipe up syrup from the floor and then wipe the countertop with the same rag
- it is more of a motel (doors open to outside vs hall)

Positives:
I really liked the fact that I was able (by request) to have a ground floor room AND I didn't need to trek through a corridor to get to it. My car was right in front of the door of my room and I loved it! This location also had plenty of green grass for my dogs and is located in a beautiful area. My dogs and I took advantage of the gorgeous weather and went walking.
Negatives:
There is NO coffee in the room and I had no idea it was located in the guest services area and I could have helped myself at any time. I drink coffee 24/7 (practically) and it was important for me to have access without having to run around a strange area I am not familiar with to find some.
The weather strip on the bottom of the door needs to be replaced. I was able to see light coming though underneath the door and that left me a bit concerned.
