Between Tuesday, Nov 26th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Positives: Our second trip to this location...great staff, very friendly and helpful. Also like the availability of a garage....in this part of the country and in certain seasons that is a very nice asset.

Negatives: The bed was tired, needs new matrass. Assessing a resort fee to this hotel simply because it is attached to a casino does not make it a resort. There are no resort amenities and it is nothing more than an extra fee that you can avoid elsewhere.

Negatives: No where to eat, no choices. Guys and thats it. It even a snack deli 24 hours. It was expensive, but we had a funeral to attend so it was convenient
