when we arrived on tuesday evening a gentleman helped us at the door very friendly. the next day we noticed their was no one at the front desk we even seen a man who was a worker who stayed their he was trying to check out and no one was at the desk he waited 7 min. before someone showed up it was a female. so, thursday when we were checking out no one was at the front desk i had to wait 8 minutes and still no one came i had to call them and let them know i was checking out and all she said on the phone was all was good you are now checked out. no one came out to give me a reciept or say thank you for staying nothing. i think someone should be at the front desk at all times like all other hotels do. that was our only thing. would we stay again probably yes, but we would like to see someone at the front and not someone on the phone.

Good lighting, plenty of outlets. Bed was comfortable. The coffee was good.
The room was clean.
Negatives:
The desk person wasn’t very welcoming. The bed had sheets that weren’t big enough to pull over the corners so they didn’t stay tight. The mattress had some dried blood on the side of it that was closest to the bathroom. The shower head needs to be replaced. I stepped on two thorns that were on the carpet.
I was told I’d paid in full but at check in I was charged an extra $30 pet fee.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable! Overall room was clean. Staff friendly.

Room needed some maintenance repairs. Drywall patching and paintwork unfinished in bathroom. Shower head has an insane amount of limescale build up, could barely get any water out. Tub is stained. There's about a 2" gap under the entry door that allows an excessive amount of light and noise from the hallway. Pet fee of $30 per pet per night was a little steep. My apartment only charges $30 for 2 dogs for the whole month, so I was a little shocked to see the same $30 for only one night and one dog at a hotel.

They kept dogs on the first floor, which is great for my elderly Labrador. They were also straightforward with the costs and fees.
Negatives:
The hallways looked raggedy and unclean. The side exit doors were always propped open by people instead of keeping the place secure.
