It was a bit hot and stuffy in the entrance and hallways.

Positives:
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room were very clean. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a large vanity with an added shelf that was super nice, and the shower was amazing! We stayed for two days for our son's wedding, and breakfast was great both days. Plenty of choices and the breakfast serving area was always full and the dining area clean. We would stay there again for sure!
Negatives:
We were on the 3rd floor and the A/C was running in the hallways full blast. It was so cold walking to our room!!! I wouldn't call this a dislike, just don't need that much A/C! :)

Great location, great staff, wonderful...
Positives:
The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Breakfast the first day was good as usual at Hampton Inns. Good location to see the Cosmosphere which is why we were there.
Negatives:
Unfortunately due to a massive storm that moved through the area, the hotel lost power our second night and it was out at least 12 hours (we checked out at 7:30 am). No power, no hot water, no A/C, no breakfast. The storm was quite bad in the area so it's not the hotel's fault as power was out all over. However, I think the staff could have been a bit more helpful during this time.
