Seems expensive… same price as...
Negatives:
Tried to cancel due to weather on a Wednesday because the weekend forecast was calling for rain and severe storms with tornado threat imminent. I tried to cancel on a Wednesday through booking and they said call the hotel. I called the hotel to wave the cancellation fee due to inclement weather and they said they weren’t showing any weather. So Saturday came and weather got rough in the area with tornado watches and severe storms in the area as predicted all week by the weather channel. And of course we stayed a night extra even though the baseball tournament was canceled that afternoon. I feel a weather change cancelation 2-3 days prior for ball tournaments should come without a $160 cancellation fee. Like said I communicated with hotel staff on Thursday and try cancellation Wednesday to get done without fee. This experience has lead me to stay away from Hilton properties now for this is the second such event in the past 3 years. I know it’s not a major blow just one family but we will not book at a Hilton anywhere. If you as a hotel can’t be more understanding to guest plans and reasonable desires to cancel due to foreseen weather events without making it an unpleasant ordeal I can book elsewhere. And Booking.com said it was y’all’s cancellation fee and your employee at the hotel said it was a booking.com fee. Somebody needs have the correct information of who’s fee this is.

Overall, satisfactory
Positives:
The carpet on the 4th floor is very disgusting. There are huge stains and the carpet is bunched up and threadbare. It feels gross to step on and looks very bad. Fortunately the room we stayed in was clean and the carpet was better but still not great.
Negatives:
The furniture in the lobby and carpets are in bad need of replacement.
