Positives: It was clean. Beds were comfortable. And it was in a good convenient location. Also the Breakfast was a lot better than most. In fact one of the best without being charged extra.

Negatives: It was kind of outdated. And it is the first hotel I have stayed at in a very long time that had no refrigerator or microwave.
