Positives: What I liked about the hotel was the location to why I was in Lexington for this trip
Negatives: Frustrating experience! The hotel had given my room to someone else. I was made to wait in lobby 45+ minutes, and the hotel desk staff wasn't concerned with my inconvenience. Staff said..."at least you have a room now" after making me wait.
