Positives: The breakfast was great, the staff was excellent

Negatives: One elevator stopped working with us on it, the oven in the eatery stopped working so we could not order food and they were testing smoke alarms and did not notify guests. We were scared to death at like 2 in the afternoon.

Positives: Your staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. Really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

Negatives: Your beds could do with some updating. The bed was extremely hard and pillows were way too soft, a nice combination would have been better for pillows.

Positives: The room design was excellent. Loved it. the breakfast was also really nice. I did not expect to see a bar in the lobby and that was a pleasant surprise.

Negatives: The carpet in front of the bathroom sink had the last customers hair pins and rubber bands laying on top of the carpet. The bottom bed sheet had a deodorant stick cover stuck in the material. None of this upset me, but just letting you know.
