Hotel was run down and didn't look like the pictures. It was not clean. My wife would not stay in the hotel. We ended up moving to another hotel.

Horrible. Hotel was in such poor shape that we did not stay in the hotel.

Location, GM, and the maintenance guy were very helpful.

The young girl at the front desk was very unaccommodating. The 5 days I was there I never heard her help anybody. I asked for a receipt and she said that I can get it online and print it out myself. I guess I was supposed to go back to Michigan and print it out. The carpet was filthy. I asked her if I could use a carpet cleaner and her response was one word. NO. To top the trip off and to seal the fate of me leaving this hotel, I was told that my room was booked already for the night and that I needed to change rooms after I had already been there for 4 days. So ok I agreed and asked her for the key to the new room and she responded, "you have to get all of your belongings out of the room before I give a key to the new room". Have a good day Sir.

Location was great. But the white young girl at the front desk was not.

The young white girl at the front desk really should not be working the "Front Desk". Very rude, and unaccommodating. Actually went out of her way to make sure my experience was awful. She made me change rooms after 5 days and offered no explanation why She wouldn't give me a key for my new room until I got my stuff out of my old room. And when I asked for a receipt she responded that I could print one out myself. I also asked for a carpet cleaner for the nasty floors and she responded simply "NO" Awful experience and from someone who spends thousands of dollars monthly on rooms, they will not receive anymore of my hard earned money.
