Positives: The room and bathroom was clean. Was able to reserve a room the same day. Breakfast was offered. The eating area was clean.
Negatives: The system that programs the room keys was down. We had to be let in our room by the front desk every time we returned to the hotel. The floor outside our room was uneven. Felt like I could fall through. Hotel reception staff was very informal. Walked around the reception desk with no shoes after he was relieved from his shift.
