Positives:
It's not the Hilton but for the price it's a decent deal. Rooms are large and there's an Aldi nearby. The stores are a short walk away
Negatives:
Lighting is poor and the plumbing in both rooms I stayed in leaked. Both also had a few roaches. Customer service was hit or miss. The gent who staffs the front desk during the day was top notch, whereas the female Filipino receptionist was so rude, we couldn't stay there. One night because we extended our stay by a day while stuck in traffic without checking out and in again (??) she went on a tirade about how we couldn't do that and she wouldn't stop venting. We were tired from a very long day and just wanted to go to sleep so we acknowledged the telling off, but she could not stop even when asked to. She threatened us of cancelling our booking and not letting us access our room with our things in it at midnight. I've never had this level of unprofessional customer service in the US.
We're not used to being spoken to in that way so the next day we packed and left.
