Positives: I were stuck inside the parking Garage due to the validation ticket not working. I were late to my meeting, the desk personnel were new they could not assist me to get out of parking lot, I were forced to wait until 8am for parking attendant manager reported to work for my ticket to be fixed and after all they used their own personal ticket to let me out while still paying to get out of the parking garage. Horrible!!!
