Between Wednesday, Nov 27th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Where do I start let's start with the roaches then the refrigerator was leaking all the food in the refrigerator became Frozen and unable to eat then the toilet wouldn't flush over flowed twice no one came to fix it they brought me a plunger staff was very rude they actually charged my card $90 over the amount and then give me the full amount back give me less then have back... The worst hotel in the worst staff I've ever come across do not book here people were getting high in the stairwell I believe one of the staffs came in my room and belongings were missing just don't book a room here
