Recieved a 5 AM wake up call that we didn’t ask for on Saturday morning. No apologies nothing. The other people who booked with us were supposed to be on the ground floor. We were there as a group they were put on the second floor on the opposite side of the hotel. When I asked the front desk, They just stared at me and didn’t even say a word I won’t stay here again nor will I ever encourage anyone to.
