Positives: Breakfast was good, though it would have been nice for it to last until 10am. Not everyone is traveling for work and getting up early.

Negatives: We were initially put into a double bed room and I had booked a king room. The first room had ripped carpeting and window treatments that were falling down. It was not a nice room. Thankfully though, Cortez (front desk) got us into the correct room which was much nicer and clean.
