Booking .com .Will never use them again and will relate my experience. They had the wrong reservation and refused payment for an already paid reservation. At the hotel the staff called Booking .com but was not able to correct the issue. Booking .com told the hotel staff they needed to talk with me. I talked with their agent while I was at the front desk with the hotel staff who assured me things would be corrected and a refund would be issued. (Which by the way was more expensive than the hotel rates) and conformation of said refund would be transmitted to me that day via text to my e mail address. In any case it cost me the expense of my stay at the hotel as I had no choice as to my arrangements. To date ,I have never received any confirmation of my conversation or confirmation of said refund.
