Check-in was the biggest mess I’ve ever seen. We showed up just a little early at 2:40. If the room wasn’t ready that was understandable since check in said 3 pm but we were given a room that was dirty, trash and food in the table plus beds were not made. We go back to the desk to let them know and they had no idea what rooms were ready and what rooms weren’t. We wait a little longer and house keeping comes down. They said they had our room cleaned so we went back up and it was still dirty. We had to go since we were there for a concert so we said we would come back and by then the room should be clean. We get back around 11 pm and go up to our room and it was STILL dirty, the same way it looked when we got there 8 HOURS prior. I’m not sure where the miscommunication happened but it was a bit ridiculous in my opinion. Both people at the desk that we tried to work with really seemed like they had no idea what was happening. I also payed for my room online and was double charged when i got there. It was very chaotic just all around and honestly exhausting. I’ve never had an experience like this and i stay in hotels quite frequently.
