Facility needs a MAJOR DEEP CLEAN AND REFURBISHING. Clerk was very hard to understand and proceeded to get short with me because I had to ask him to repeat himself several times.
I was also charged a $100 deposit at the facility, there was no mention of this when booking. This deposit still has not been returned to my account.
Wyndham corporate needs to visit this facility and demand cleaning and upgrades.
