STAFF.. charged me a refused to give me a room. I told the front desk worker IVAN
If you won't provide me a room why have you already charged my card. Then I stated I need something from him showing I never stayed there but I still paid for a room. He REFUSED and called the Police on me. Which was soo CONFUSING. I waited for cops to show so I would have some kind of proof I was NOT staying there but was still charged for a room. When I booked the room it had clearly stated multiple times the room is NON REFUNDABLE. At the staff was telling me I was still going to pay. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The workers were so DISRESPECTFUL. I was only in there for 1-2mins. This older man who was a veteran by the way tripped on the Rug when walking there the door. The workers in front on named IVAN and not sure or the other woman
She was old and had like a sit down walker with her. They were speaking VERY badly of this man who was like 80yr that really almost got seriously injured. They both made awful remarks. IVAN said to me. ( I HATE him wish he would have hit the counter with his head.. ) the woman said to the very old veteran ( Sir you need to STOP.) I was confused on that as well other people and myself saw him walk in andtrip over the rug. All he said to the workers was you need to fix that. After he walked away the women said to other guests ( He was lying. He's lying. ) we all clearly saw what happened. I want to state EVERYTHING is on camera and I myself caught the end of everything that happened on camera and recording. I WISH I would have recorded from the beginning. Those workers are on a power trip and NEED to be FIRED. Even though I didn't get everything from the beginning there camera's DID. I WILL be making further complaints on them to the owner of hotel and HOLIDAY INN cooperation.
