Positives: the staff was wonderful, except the manager, who was never available

Negatives: we tried to talk to the manager; we had a question why they show two chairs in a king room and only provide one substandard office chair. we were there for four nights and I was sick the whole time, with the bed or the very uncomfortable office chair as options. my wife would go downstairs to find a chair that was a little more comfortable. your chairs in the lobby and eating are desperately in need of cleaning. We will not stay here again
