We came in late, just...
Positives:
Beds were nice. Breakfast was decent. The carpeting looked new as were the door locks. There was a pool and a hot tub, but we didn't have time to use them.
Negatives:
The breakfast needed refilling since the hotel was full. It wasnt refilled cheerfully or without being told. The bathroom was small. The toilet paper tube was falling off and needed maintenance. A lot of equipment was in disrepair. The parking lot was in rough shape.

It was close to a shopping center.
Negatives:
The rooms were disgusting. The lights didn't work, there were stains on everything, the room smelled like mold, and the comforter was not washed or changed. There were red stains, black stains on the whole thing. It was disgusting.

There was a cigarette hole on my comfortable, in a smoke free room, the office chair looked like they just picked it up along the side of the road and the air condition sounded like a sink disposal running.
