Positives: The location was really the only plus. We picked the motel because of the price and like the saying goes "You get what you pay for."
Negatives: The breakfast was about the worst I have ever experienced. We ended up going to a grocery store and bought food for breakfast. Very little choice, no variety other than a few starches, no fruit, horrible coffee. The room was satisfactory, I suppose. They stated that the motel would be dusty due to construction on site but we were there a week and there was no construction ever going on and the room definitely had signs of never being dusted. The brochure in the room stated that we would receive new linens and towels every three days. We stayed for eight nights and never received any room service in spite of asking for it twice; we even witnessed the desk clerk writing out room number and request down. We were told once that the motel had no clean towels available! Unacceptable! When we checked out, we told of the shortfalls experienced and there was no apology, excuse or anything - just "Do you want a copy of your receipt?" and then no "Than you" or "good bye." This place needs to step up their game.

They can treat customers this way i suppose because they know they will not be repeat customers.

Positives: Very little.
Negatives: There were wires coming out in the ceiling where their used to be a smoke detector. drywall missing below the shower head, carpet by the door was torn to shreds from a dog, room smelled like stale cigarettes, key card side entrance door didnt close, carpets were folded on themselves in the entry, carlets were stained in the hall and stairs, etc. Etc.

Negatives: Going into construction as it needed to be remodeled. Bathroom floors were so dirty that after a shower the bottom of my feet were black from the floor., Front desk gal was not friendly very rough speaking. Guy in training was very nice and took care of the cleaning the floor for us. Dust bunnies hanging above the bed which means not healthy breathing.
