I never stayed. The time I checked in the whole vibe I got in the lobby was wrong. No one at the front desk to greet me. Had to press 0 to get someone to come to the front desk. Once I saw the phone ring I could see that it said 20 missed calls. I felt if customers that were attempting to call and didn't get answered I felt none of my expectations would have been met. When I got handed my room key I walked outside to share my first impression of when I walked in to my family.. I never went back in. We left. We decided to check into a different hotel knowing it was too late to cancel or get a refund.

We did not stay we could not stand the smell and it was not up to our standards as far as cleanliness. We were very disappointed even though we were unable to cancel our reservation once we arrived there.
