Positives: Toilet seat was chipping and cracked, the plug for the hair drier plug was heavily damaged and held together by electrical tape. The sheets and comforter were the thinnest I have ever stayed on and made for a horrible sleep, key card for my first room did not work and was quickly moved to another room
