Positives:
Location close to family, easy access.
Negatives:
Room not clean, men’s dirty underwear from previous person found in the room. I let the front desk know about the room conditions, no offer was made by them to clean the room or offer a different room, they didn’t seem to care. Bath tub and shower curtain dirty. Trash cans at entrance overflowing with garbage not emptied for days. Elevator floor coffee spilled as well as other stains not cleaned for days.
I’m not sure if the front desk staff stay at this hotel, but two of them had a room on the second floor, they were acting suspicious.
The only good thing was a housekeeper named Patty, she actually cared, she had heard our conversation and made us feel much better, she was the only one we allowed to clean the room, very sweet lady. She was the only reason we continued to stay. The rest of the staff could learn from her.
