The staff was quite friendly. They did discount the room for us, after we spoke to them. We witnessed several people leaving due to no TV
Negatives:
There was an apparent water leak, bucket and dozen tiles missing in ceiling. The room smelled like mildew. Second day no TV, so we could listen to next doors conversation. The room was in desperate need of update. For close to $200 a night not acceptable. The pool was in need of cleaning. In the pictures on your website there was a public printer and computer shown, which is non existing.
