Positives: The Front Office staff was very helpful and friendly
Negatives: We had to change rooms 3 times. The 1st room has bugs and cockroaches in it, so they moved us to the room next door (which made no sense, the bugs I'm sure were no confined to that single room, and would go to the rooms on either side, anyway, we moved over and unpacked everything again, I went to turn the Air Conditioner on and the carpet from the window with the Air Conditioner in it to the Bed was soaking wet, I MEAN SOAKING WET. So, we told the front desk again, then we were told she had no rooms available downstairs (I had requested due to a handicap to be downstairs) So, we were given an 2nd floor room making it difficult for me to get too or from our room for the duration of our stay. The front desk staff said she would talk to her manager about getting part of my stay reimbursed or getting me a credit returned to my card. I have not seen or heard anything about that to date, so hopefully someone will address this and fulfill her request. Thank you for your support and kindness.
