Positives: It had a comfortable bed.
Negatives: The AC wasnt working room was freezing and no way to shut it down so had to unplug and wait for somebody to fix it. No hot water in the morning so once again I had to run to the desk and have someone come and fix it. Not a Holiday Inn experience.
