They have no hot water! We stayed for 2 nights, and I asked them about it at the first morning. They said sorry, it is an old building, we are working on it etc. And they offered a discount for both rooms!!! Unfortunately, I never received $ 200 discount. The hotel said to communicate with Booking.com, and Booking.com asked for details which were provided including the receipts were discount was mentioned but I never got my money back and it has been 1 month since we stayed in this hotel. So disappointing! The credit card was charged by the hotel, I called to talk to the manager, she wasn't there at that time, and she never called me back. Not sure what to do next. ... Will I stay there again? Probably not, I can't trust this place plus they are far away from the Old Market and have no hot water. :-(
