I reserved a smoking room and received a confirmation , when I arrived just 6 hours later I was given a "No Smoking" room and told that there were no "Smoking" rooms available. So I cancelled my reservation and I stayed at another hotel.
Negatives:
I didn't like the fact that I went online to reserve a smoking room , found one available , made a reservation , received a confirmation notice that my room was reserved , and was then given a "Non Smoking Room" when I arrived as I was told that no "Smoking" rooms were available.

It's Pathetic that you cannot...

Unfortunately we needed a place that would accept our dog. Super 8 was very dirty! I wouldn’t even take a shower or lay on the sheets. We literally just got some sleep and got back on the road.

Woken in the middle of the night because someone in administration thought our toilet was leaking. It was actually the room above us. I think the people in the room next to us were living there. Lots of loud music from different sources at night.

Room smelled musty and old. I had to go to Walmart and buy disinfectant to try to get rid of the smell. It did not work. Dead fly stuck on bathroom door jam and dead fly in the tub. Flys where flying around the room. The bathtub/ shower did not drain properly and took 10 minutes after my shower to drain. I did not eat the breakfast as I couldn't help to think that if the rooms are this dirty, who knows how safe the food would actually be. This Super 8 is in dire need of a complete re modeling or a tear down and starting all over. This was not at all what I was expecting from a Super 8 mote.
