Negatives: when I checked in the price went from $200.00 US to nearly $1000.00 Us with add on and upsell that was misleading. It was clear it was just a shake down racket. Will never stay there again. Also ice machines did not work on floors 15,16,17,18 or 19. when called about it they did not care or were able to offer alternate. Only suggested I try more floors in the Tower section!!! VERY poor service. Also the carpets were dirty.
