Positives: lobby was pretty, day staff nice and polite.

Negatives: pool was extremely cold and hot tub was broken. My bathtub wouldnt plug to take a bath. The night staff told me the wrong time for start of breakfast and gave me a mattress protector for an extra blanket. it would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby.
