I was expecting a pool and fitness room, both were closed due to COVID??? Broken furniture Rampant mold and mildew - I left with a significant sinus infection. Didn't get maid service - when I asked the front desk for towels/wash cloth - disinterested

Linda, Dora, and the bathroom were the ONLY good thing about this place. Nothing like checking in and an hour later having to report the room is infested with bed bugs. My oldest son with us got bit the hell up. As did my fiancee and our 10 month old baby. Pictures and videos, along with bed bugs themselves were presented to Dora, the night desk staff. Dora immediately issued for a refund and security deposit. Dora then gave us better options to stay. Apparently countless rooms are infested with bed bugs and roaches as ample rooms were empty and yet "no rooms were available" to other guests. It's disgusting!! If a single hitchhiker, bed bug, came home with us... You WILL BE PAYING FOR AN EXTERMINATOR TO GET RID OF THEM. IT TAKES AN AVG OF 6 MONTHS OF COUNTLESS TREATMENTS!! I WILL NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN. Possibly at any of your hotels because of this.

FREE BED BUGS WITH EVERY STAY!!

Room was big but not in good condition.

It was terrible. Im sorry I have to say this but I never been a hotel in this condition. The carpet was wet from the entrance to the bedroom and I ask for another room they couldnt accommodate. The hotel was very dirty all over . Breakfast was very limited with milk coffee jars dirty from the outside. Bread , the were no more potions . I y family leave the hotel very dissatisfied we could not used the pool because it was closed and you can see the dirty everywhere from the window . We have never had a terrible experience like this . They charged me more that theyre were supposed to. Very sad . The bathroom and kitchen were not clean , Mot even garbage bags were in there .
