Room was dirty and wall was falling down in the room. Worst of all was the AC didnt work at all so the room was humid and musty. No pool or breakfast and the wi-fi doesnt work/bad service. Staff is unprofessional and rude. Lobby and hallway smelled.

Sheets were clean, comfortable bed. Rooms were cool

Floor tile in the bathroom was cracked and uneven. The toilet kept clogging up. We had to unclog our own toilet. Super hot in the lobby and halls. There was mold in the bathroom. People living there. No breakfast. Save your money and go someplace else.

When I arrived I was charged an extra $68 at the facility for having 4 guests total in room that had 2 queen beds, the staff informed me that I HAD to pay cash for the extra guests after they charged me $100 refundable security deposit on my debit card. They told me that I only booked a room for 2 adults on booking.com. After handing the man $70 and not receiving any change back I proceeded to go to my room with my husband as it has been a long night for us. As we were on our way to the room she was watching and following us through the hotel. Immediately walking into the room it seemed as if someone had urinated all over the room and mold was growing in the walkway and in front of the beds (pictures shown below), the room air was very wet and horrid smelling. I then proceeded to go find my mother who was also staying with me, and we both went to the room assigned to us and told them of the situation in our room. The woman at the front desk asked me to take her up there and show her what was going on, upon that she tried her key card 4 times and couldn't get herself in the room. While on our way up there, with my father she asked my dad if he smoked weed ( which he does not ) When walking with her, my father and myself into the room she proceeded to tell me that it was dry on the floor after taking off her shoes and swiping her feet over it. While heading down to the front desk she asked to see what was in water bottle I was holding and I told her it was water and ice in my cup. She them accused me of spilling milk on the molding carpet that she had just told me less than 2 minutes ago was dry. I then asked for a refund of the money I had given in the time of being in the hotel and explained that there was an absolute horrible stench and it was unsafe to sleep in the room. Never offered an accomodation.
