Positives: Clean room, friendly staff, located off highway close to dining and shopping center.

Negatives: They charged $50.00 to my credit card in the event that we smoked in the room or caused other damage. Holiday Inn claims it takes 5-7 business days after we left the hotel to credit money back to customer account. Really???
