I had a paid res.I called ahead as I was arriving late.The clerk was cold.The area was terrible. The room door was on the side and poorly lit.The paint was peeling and the tile missing. THE DOOR SECURITY LATCH WAS RIPPED OUT. I put a chair against it

Hotel was very run down. We had to switch rooms because the rooms was so bad. Staff was very rude and irritated when we asked for a new room.

It was dirty from stained sheets and comforter to a stained chair that I wouldnt let me dog sit on. Shower didnt work. The parking lot had several abandoned cars in it and the guy next door was obviously dealing drugs out of his room.

It was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever in my entire life experienced. Cum on the sheets, which I showed to the front desk clerk. I want my money back.

Check in staff was rude. No acknowledgement of facilities, breakfast times, wifi password, nothing. The guy who checked us in at 3pm didn't even acknowledge when I said hello. He was extremely rude.

I was able to sleep there .
Negatives:
Upon arriving and check in the clerk was rude . I go up to our room and there were stains on the sheets . Light fixtures did not work . Fridge did not work.
On top of that we went to head to the pool and the hot tub didnt work . The pool was a nasty green color with an oily like film on floating on top .
I will never stay here again . It was not worth my hard earned money !
