Positives: Rooms was clean and nicely decorated! The price was also great! Staff at reservation desk was very welcoming. She always had a smile and very accommodating.

Negatives: My room was on the fourth floor with small balcony which was nice but sliding door did not lock. There were no incidents but it was a bit uncomfortable.

Positives: Nothing, i ended up not checking and they still charged me.

Negatives: There is some stupid policy about local guests having to pay $300 per night deposit, which isn't posted anywhere and the booking site says $100. Failure on both parties side and because we arrived late, we couldn't cancel and got charged for the night. And the booking site didn't respond to me requests for assistance or complaints
