The website said this hotel offered shuttle service to the airport. It is called Candlewood Suites Syracuse Airport. There was no shuttle service available, but I wasnt told this until after I had checked in. Staff made no suggestions for how I was to get to the airport except to say, There are taxis in town. I cancelled the room and walked across the lot to the neighboring hotel.

I hated that they charged me 181 dollars more then what hey were supposed to and when I contacted them to fix this issue they kept hanging up on me and telling me a manager would have to fix this and never got back to me

As soon as you walk in,your greeted with room on the left that looks like it's under construction, but then realized it's just a mess.The hallway to our room smelled like the garbage that was sitting next to a room,and was there in the morning when we went to leave.Ac blowers under the window made a hell of a racket and I shut it off.Shower head was missing so the garden hose effect wasn't too comfortable.Rooms,outdated,but comfy enough for 1 night. Dispensers in the shower were empty.

States has shuttle to airport and was told that the shuttle van has been broke down for some time. Had to pay for an Uber to airport.
