Negatives: My sheets weren't changed. I saw chips on the bed when I first pulled back the covers. Also there were 2 huge puddles of water in the floor. It didn't seem like anyone mopped, but that they just put a few decoy water splashes because there was no mopping streaks. It was a very uncomfortable stay, to say the least.
