Positives: Location, room
Negatives: Poorly trained staff that makes mistakes which cost the customer and an indifferent manager. Rate of 80 quoted, rate of 115 charged for a Sunday night. Employee told customer that she could change the rate to 80 when room was changed. Customer told employee that if rate did not change, he wanted to keep the 80 room. Manager indicated he could not do anything about employee mistake, totally indifferent. Nice hotel, poorly managed, take your chances!

Positives: This Hotel is located in the perfect Location for our Visit. It's close to the fields we played at and surrounded by amazing food and stores. The pool is large and always pretty empty. Our daughters play in the pool for hours and have really enjoyed it. Upon arrival we were greeted with a very ice welcome bag that had waters and treats for our girls. For Breakfast they have these Mini Waffle makers with cool toppings that our girls loved.
Negatives: This is now the 2nd or 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and we have had weird issues every single time. our last stay was met with a horrific hallway smell that forced us to run to our rooms off the elevator to limit exposure to this smell, and this time our room was totally infested with ants. They were literally everywhere. When we had expressed our concerns about this, we were met with staff comments like "they're just ants" and "it's ant season" which was really upsetting given we had just bought food and within moments it was swarmed with ants. We were eventually relocated once they had a room available and offered a small monetary reimbursement which is definitely a nice sentiment, which just felt more reactionary than anything because of how rude we were treated when we had initially mentioned our issues. I can't see a reason why we would ever come back to this specific Hotel again, there are way too many options in that area to take a chance there again.
